Get paid event participant analytics

Returns round, map, kill, and death totals and the kill/death ratio of one participant over its matches in the event. Requires the `analytics` entitlement on the Application owner and an active installation that covers the event. A successful read costs one `premium_api_calls` unit, and a failed read costs nothing.
