Legal terms for using our platform
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all business relationships between the platform and its users. They regulate the use of the platform and its associated services.
2. Contract Formation
Registration on the platform constitutes a contract formation. By registering, users accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment Processing
3.1 Platform Payments
- • Payment processing is handled through Stripe as payment service provider
- • All payments made directly to the platform are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- • Prices for platform services are as listed in our pricing overview
- • We reserve the right to change our prices with appropriate notice
3.2 Tournament Entry Fees
- • For tournament entry fees processed through our platform, we charge a 5% fee with a minimum of €1.00
- • The remaining 95% is transferred directly to the organizer
- • The platform processing fee is non-refundable
- • Refunds for the entry fee portion are subject to the organizer's refund policy
3.3 External Payments
- • For external payment links set by organizers, their own payment terms apply
- • The platform is not a party to these payment relationships
- • The organizer is solely responsible for external payments
- • The platform assumes no liability for external payment processing
3.4 Prize Money
- • Prize money distribution is handled directly by the organizers
- • The platform is not responsible for prize money distribution
- • The organizer's distribution terms apply
3.5 Refund Policy
- • Platform service fees are non-refundable
- • One-time purchases are non-refundable
- • Subscription services may be cancelled but are non-refundable for the current period
- • Tournament entry fee refunds are subject to the organizer's policy
- • In case of technical issues, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
4. Third-Party Partners
4.1 Stripe
- • Stripe processes all platform-managed payments
- • Payment information is handled directly by Stripe
- • Users are subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy
- • The platform does not store credit card information
- • Payment disputes must be handled through Stripe's process
4.2 Rainbow Six Class System (RCS)
- • RCS provides class information displayed on team and user pages
- • Only publicly available data is shared with RCS
- • Class information is integrated into platform profiles
- • Users acknowledge that their public data may be processed by RCS
4.3 Reputation.gg
- • Reputation.gg provides ban information for the platform
- • Ban status is integrated into user profiles
- • Users are subject to reputation.gg's ban system
- • Ban appeals must be handled through reputation.gg's process
4.4 Stats.cc
- • Stats.cc provides supplementary Rainbow Six statistics
- • Not all statistics are sourced from stats.cc as many are collected directly by our platform
- • Integration is limited to specific statistical features
- • Users acknowledge that some statistics may be provided by stats.cc
5. Liability
The platform is only liable for its own payment processing through Stripe. The platform assumes no liability for external payments and prize money distribution.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
