Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to valid notices promptly.
Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material on our platform, including the URL or specific location
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
Our Response Process
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material
- We will make a reasonable attempt to notify the user who posted the content
- If a counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the complainant and restore the content after 10 business days unless a court order is received
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated in appropriate circumstances
